As a homeowner you will receive a 12 month warranty on all finishing elements of your home, comparable to a bumper-to-bumper warranty on a brand new car. All homes have a 2-year mechanical and services warranty covering all the crucial mechanical systems of your home. Further to this, your home is covered by a 5-year envelope warranty and a structural warranty that can last even up to 10 years covering the foundation, framing components and structural hardware. Specifics regarding the warranty will be described in the homeowner’s manual provided as part of your purchase experience.
